Library and Information Practitioner (LIP) is established to provide a forum for library and information professionals worldwide to report their research findings but with emphasis on African setting. The journal is refereed by internationally distinguished scholars in librarianship and information science. The Editorial Board of LIP places much emphasis on original empirical studies for consideration and publication. However, manuscripts of high quality on theoretical aspects of library, archives and information science will be considered for publication. LIP is published twice yearly (March and September).
