This paper discuss the influence which business ecology has on business practices in Nigeria. It examines the concept of business ecology as one ofthe major prqblems confronting managers, investors and business practitioners. It also x-rays the impact of environment.on busi11ess by discussing the influence of external and internal environment on business practices and the possible remedies.
