ABSTRACT:

This paper takes a look at administrative communication with a specific focus on the Nigerian Public Sector. It argues that the effectiveness of public organisations in the accomplishment of organisational goals is partly a function of the communication abilities and skills of the operators of the system from the highest to the least ranking officer.
