ABSTRACT:

This study focuses on the need to develop the nation's manpower through entrepreneurship education for the purpose of national development. One of the reasons why any government pursues education is the eradication of illiteracy and poverty amongst her citizenry. This, in effect will bring about economic buoyancy, social advancement and civilization on entrepreneurship education in order to develop the nation's manpower. If this is achieved, it will promote self-reliance which will eventually result to economic growth. Some recommendations were made, if adhered to will bring about national development.
